A Truly Wonderful Experience at Pleasant Dental I had a truly wonderful experience at Pleasant Dental! Like many people, going to the dentist can cause a great deal of anxiety, and for me, that has been the case for many years. But from the moment I walked into Pleasant Dental, their warm smiles, gentle approach, clean and professional facility, and one-on-one conversations immediately helped calm my anxiety. This was, by far, the best dental visit I have ever experienced. My teeth are very important to me, so I truly appreciated the care and attention they gave during my cleaning. Never before have I experienced such a detailed and thorough cleaning that was also completely pain-free. The level of care was exceptional and genuinely memorable. I would highly recommend Pleasant Dental to anyone I come in contact with. If you’re someone who experiences anxiety about going to the dentist, I especially encourage you to give them a try. I rarely write Google reviews, but this practice earned one. After more than a year of searching for a dentist in Greensboro, I finally found one I can recommend without hesitation. From the moment I walked into Pleasant Dental, it was evident that the practice values professionalism and patient experience. The office was welcoming, well cared for, efficient, and I was seen promptly. What truly distinguishes this practice, however, is Dr. Shah. He combines technical excellence with an exceptional ability to communicate. During my initial visit, he personally performed my cleaning before taking the time to review my images with me. Rather than simply recommending treatment, he showed me exactly what he was seeing, explained why two fillings needed to be replaced, and answered my questions in a way that was both clear and reassuring. When I returned for the procedure, that same level of care continued. Throughout the appointment, he explained what he was doing, what sensations to expect, what would be normal afterward, and what would warrant a follow-up. I was very scared of going to the Dentist, but Dr Shah made my visit a great one. I am so excited for my next appointment. Dr Shah makes having your teeth pulled as easy as possible, he takes time to explain everything that needs to be done and does it with care. He truly is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. My husband, Steven, experienced severe pain in one of his teeth on our way from PA to NC. Found your office on line and called. We were able to get an appointment within an hour. We were very impressed with the kind and professional service we received. All the staff were very caring and helpful.

I had such a great experience with this dentist. For the first time, I actually feel informed and confident about my dental health. They take the time to explain what’s going on and why they recommend certain treatments, which makes a huge difference. I already convinced my fiancé to book an appointment, so I definitely recommend checking them out too.
